What This Tells You: Insiders selling while a stock sits within 10% of its 52-week low are selling into weakness, at the lowest prices of the past year. That is less common than selling near highs, and can reflect a need for cash or doubts about a near-term recovery. Context matters: check the size of the sale and whether other insiders are selling too. The % From Low column shows where the sale landed at that point in time: positive means above the low, negative means the sale was below the prior 52-week low.
