TSXInsider.com (“TSXInsider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Canadian insider trading data platform. We provide subscribers with daily insider trading data sourced from SEDI (Canada’s System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders).

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you register for a subscription, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details).

Usage data: We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and IP address. This is processed by Google Analytics.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

Subscription data: Your membership status, billing history, and account preferences are stored in our membership system.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your subscription account
  • Process payments and send billing receipts
  • Deliver our Daily Insider Trading Report emails
  • Respond to support inquiries
  • Improve and optimize the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

TSXInsider uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Authentication: To keep you logged in to your account
  • Analytics: Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the site is used
  • Payment processing: Stripe uses cookies as part of its fraud prevention and payment security systems

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain records for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information we collect: In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email address, IP address), commercial information (subscription and billing history), and internet activity (pages visited and browser type) as described in Section 2. We collect this information directly from you and automatically through cookies and analytics tools, and use it for the purposes described in Section 3.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell personal information, including the personal information of minors under 16, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by California law.

Service providers: We disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate the platform, such as Stripe (payment processing) and Google Analytics (website analytics).

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and request a copy of it
  • Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, billing records we are required to keep)
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell it)

To make a request, email support@tsxinsider.com. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide to the account on file, and we will respond within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

10. Children’s Privacy

TSXInsider is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
