Medicenna Therapeutics is a Canadian biotechnology company in the clinical stage of development, focused on immunotherapy treatments for cancer, inflammation, and immune-mediated diseases. The company develops a class of biological agents it calls Superkines and empowered Superkines. Its lead clinical program is bizaxofusp, an interleukin-4 targeted therapy being developed for recurrent glioblastoma.
