Winpak Ltd. manufactures and distributes packaging materials and packaging machines across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The company operates through three segments: Flexible Packaging, Rigid Packaging and Flexible Lidding, and Packaging Machinery.

The Flexible Packaging segment produces modified atmosphere packaging for fresh and processed meats, poultry, and cheese, along with medical device packaging, high-performance pouches, high-barrier films, specialty films for printing, laminating and bag making, shrink bags, and biaxially oriented nylon films for food and industrial applications.

The Rigid Packaging and Flexible Lidding segment offers portion control and single-serve containers, plastic sheet, custom and retort trays, and packaging formats in die-cut, daisy chain, and rollstock styles serving food, dairy, beverage, pet food, industrial, and healthcare markets. It also provides printed packaging solutions for pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and personal care applications.

The Packaging Machinery segment supplies horizontal fill and seal machines for preformed containers, as well as vertical form, fill, and seal pouch machines for liquid, semi-liquid, and dry products. Winpak was incorporated in 1975, is headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada, and operates as a subsidiary of Wihuri International Oy.
